The tear off and replacement of my new roof was accomplished in one day. The cleanup was impeccable and the finished roof was exactly as I expected. The crew did an excellent job!

I was lied to as far as who would be installing my roof. The salesman kept talking about Amish installers but there was not one Amish on the job site. I don’t care who installed my shingles. I do care that it was misrepresented to me.

Returned to modify downspout to another configuration without charge.

There was no clear timeframe given on when job would start. Weeks and weeks passed after down payment made and contract was signed. Several calls to the office and no timeframe could ever be given. Week after week, I was just told that "crew will call you to schedule." Eventually I was given number for crew leader and had to reach out to him myself to get put on his schedule. Being kept in the dark on when job would be done was extremely stressful, and for this reason alone I would not recommend. The personnel were all friendly and ultimately they did good work once they finally got to me. Quoted price was on par with other estimates. But job was done 2.5 months after contract was signed. No telling how long I would have waited had I not contacted the crew myself.

It was professional and timely. Their work quality and cleanliness impressed me.

Professional, timely, workers were efficient and friendly.

We hired them in April to do the roof. They came in late May. That was not very professional. They had nails lying everywhere. The roof was not properly done. They came out several times, and we're still waiting for them to fix problems.

They did a really great job. They were quick, respectful, friendly, and knowledgable.

So i think I was overall a bit mislead as far as the total work that would be done. The wood layer that you see from the attic, to my understanding they were all going to be replaced but only a couple were replaced.
I also thought I would be getting Amish craftsmanship but it was not Amish folk who worked on the roof.
Lots of trash and nails and cigarette butts left all over my property.
Light fixture was messed with when gutters were put on. Someone came out to put them back up but they did not do it right, I had to redo a section so the lights would be able to plug into each other.
All around not a great experience.

All phases of the new roofing and gutters projects were well done.
