There was supposed to be remediation. It was an emergency visit I paid for, which was fine, but it took them a week to do anything, so the water damage just sat there. I'm a little disappointed that it took a week for them to do anything. They didn't do that much either. The damage continued to build for seven days before they did anything.

Stay away from using this company. Liberty Mutual Insurance said this is the company they use. This was the only reason we used them. Not a 24/7 response company. More like 3 or 4 days. Had flooding and was told it would be 3 or 4 days before they would do anything. They caused more structural damage removing the baseboards to the sheetrock that wasn't damaged from the flood.

Most of the work was unprofessionally done. I feel that because of my zip code the work was not done professionally. There is still work uncompleted. I often heard the project advisor, Will, advise the workers and the contractors certain things. I heard, "Don't tell her this. This is nothing she needs to know. The flooring is not to level, but just put the flooring down." The flooring is still uneven in my den where they laid it down. I feel I was treated unfairly because of one or two factors: my race and zip code.
