Rytech Restoration came through here, and they cleaned up my place. They used a broom and dust pan and then left.

Started out really good, As process progressed, things went downhill. Generally had between 2 to 3 workers. Then only 1 worker. 1 worker was not enough, thta worker was not as informed and needed help.

Professional, responsive, personable, caring, and family owned. Every person involved was helpful on anything I requested--even putting out an old stove by the sidewalk the day before bulk garbage pickup, after having removed the door as required.

Rytech Restoration has been very responsive to our needs and our phone calls. They've handled getting people out right away to help. I appreciate everything they've done so far.

The finished product was actually described by another restoration company as being the highest quality. We had a second restoration company come in, and the reason why is that Reytech couldn't do the rebuild. They did the mitigation, and another rebuild company came in, and they remarked how well the mitigation had been done. That's not me praising them, but that's a competitor praising them for how they found the work they left behind.

Our shower pan was leaking under our floor and caused an extensive amount of damage. We were at a complete loss as to what needed to be done and Rytech came out and took care everything. They were a blessing in a very stressful time.

I am very pleased and very happy, and so is my husband, having Rytech Restoration of Lee & Collier Counties. They did everything so completely well. They took care of everything above and beyond. After that, they made sure there was no more mold in there and accomplished very severe problems and did it well. My son was present through most of that, and he was very pleased with how everything was done. It was really a lot of work for them, and Rytech did it very willingly. We are pleased very much.
