Rytech didn't do the job that they said they would with regards to the Water remediation they did on our house. It led to us needing to do mold remediation later - which since they were contracted with our home insurance company, they were also contracted to do the Mold Remediation. Also, the cost they quoted to the insurance company was four times the cost that was quoted to us from an independent remediation company.

They responded in a timely manner and were professional.

I wasn't totally satisfied with the job they did.

Rytech did not do the job. They came out on a Friday and brought the dehumidifier and blower. They put it in one area of the house and said they would come the next day to switch them to another area of the house that needed to be dried out. They did not come until Tuesday and when they came on Tuesday, it was just to take the equipment and leave. I called the company on Monday and they said they would send someone else. I took it upon my house to move it from one area to the next. When they came back on Tuesday, there was nothing else for them to do.

They are very nice. They really have a lot of machines to place in the house. I liked the technician, Ken, and the company. They were very quick.

When Rytech did my kitchen, they put plastic stuff around the parts of the kitchen and the vent. When I look up on the popcorn in the kitchen, I notice that there are now 3 holes up there. I'm not sure why they did that. I didn't get to talk to them. They did not take down the plastic that they put around. I couldn't use it for a while because they said I had mold. They take out the mold, leave the plastic up, and put up a sign saying I couldn't go in. There was a zipper. They only take down, and said whoever came to fix my kitchen would have to take down everything. Someone came and took down the plastic and I realized there were holes. I asked my son to look and see what was going on here. There were 3 holes on my popcorn, they didn't fix it. They came every morning on time, and told me what they were doing. They told me I couldn't go into the kitchen, so I didn't. When I look up, I see some holes up there, so I am wondering if they can fix it or when the other people come can they fix it. That's the only problem. They took about all the appliances out. I have to get my stove inside, it wasn't covered up. No dents on it, but it was so dirty. It was in my garage, I thought they would cover it or tell me to.

They are very professional, care about their clients and take their job very seriously. They did quality testing and provided me with feedback at every step. I am happy as a client that their communication is good and the quality of the service is great.

At first, I thought I was satisfied with their work ethic but as the process moved along, I had a second company come out and they said there was a mold issue. They stated because there is not 10 feet of mold and therefore I shouldn't have to worry about there being mold. I made a call to a mold inspector on my own and they found mold everywhere. When it was brought up to Rytech because it wasn't visual, there was a lot that they overlooked. I had to use another company to use for mold remediation, water remediation and demolition.
