I would say right-tech would be a good company when it's not super busy. You could tell that they were just overwhelmed with the amount of work they had, not just with my project, but with other projects around the state. Some things got missed, and forgotten or not followed up properly. They're probably a very good company, and they're probably doing a very good job following up under normal circumstances, but they kept telling us how, how busy they were. I had people show up at my house, and didn't have business cards, didn't have a truck with a sign on it, so I had no idea who these people were. That part kind of bothered me. Everybody has their bad days, and I think I got a couple of those. They had nice people, and I'm sure the people that work for them were hard workers, but just from a customer's perspective, if I were to base it strictly what I was exposed to, I probably would not recommend them. I just don't want to see anybody lose their job, and I don't want anybody to think the circumstances were different. They would have done a far better job because they seem competent.

Marcus and his teammate were super helpful, kind, and professional. Marcus took all of my phone calls. It was a crazy time for us, having a flood in the house. They were great, and they went out of their way. They were so polite, and I would totally recommend them again.

I thought they did a good job with what they did. It was unclear on what I was going to be charged at the beginning. It ended up being much more than what I expected. The price was not clearly defined. I would suggest someone getting a written estimate at the beginning, so you are not surprised
