I would definitely “highly” recommend Rytech. They are very honest and did a jam up job.

The technician who came to my house lied and said his company HAD to be the ones to remove the flooring from my home after I filed an insurance claim. Per my contractor, the devices places into my home served no purpose based on the issues in my home.

The guys that came out to the house were great, super nice and explained everything they did.

I would not recommend them due to the fact that they are doing what they can for themselves to make the most money. They don't look out for the customer, like myself. They are only looking to line their out pockets.
They did an extreme amount of damage to my house and belongings that was unnecessary.

As far as getting the blowers in here in a timely manner, Rytech did a good job. However, when they cut the sheet rock, there were some places where they overdid it and messed up some of the wall. That was the only thing I didn't like about it. Other than that, they did a good job.

Rytech met my expectations and more with the job that they did. They communicated well regarding the timeframe, specifically how long the equipment was going to be present in my basement. They were very accurate with the information provided to me. The experience was something that would leave me to recommend Rytech to anyone needing water dryout services.

Overall, I was pleased with the job and professionalism. My only complaint is that unnecessary damage was caused to my flooring.

Rytech did not clean up the water damage correctly the first time. There was water sitting on the floor the whole time, and they did not check under the flooring and baseboards at all. I have asthma and have had a lot of issues during this project. The second crew said they could not believe that they did not rip the floor out the first time, and the insurance adjuster said the same thing.

I was very satisfied with the service that they provided.
