The Team did an "Excellent" job and I really admired their work and the neatness of how they left everything. My negativity was focused on numbers 3 & 4 below. A few of my questions were answered in a vague manner as if I should have known the process from the person that scheduled the appointment. The Lead Person appeared to be a little shy and the others spoke very little English. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Proficiency and Professionalism of the Staff, along with a Job Well Done!!

I am at a complete loss at the lack of professionalism and sanitation standards that this company has exhibited. This company was assigned to us from our insurance company after a pipe burst destroyed a significant portion of our house, with damage to all three floors. While they did show up quickly after being assigned (w/in 24 hours) they were never on-time again after that and the complete lack of respect for our space and our things left more problems for us to deal with.
