Your technicians spaced the fans so that they pulled my furnace exhaust into the house. Created an emergency with carbon monoxide in the middle of the night. It was horrible.

They assessed, contacted Farmers, explained everything to me, began ripping up the floor, dried up, sanitized, removed dishwasher which was the source of the leak, assessed that, uploaded photos, spoke with an associate for permission, brought in dehumidifiers and fans.....3 days of coming back to re assess to be sure everything was dry while always answering any questions I had. They were great! Pleasant, Professional and Proficient.

Chris was my technician and was exceptional. There were many homes with problems. Equipment and man power was on low availability. Chris was the only person available. He worked long hours to get my home to a place where the water damage would go no further. He explained everything to me. Stabilized the house the first afternoon and returned the next day with tons of equipment and completed the job. He worked very hard. He was extremely caring and polite. I called rytech on 12/31 in the afternoon, after my insurance company gave them approval.

My basement had flooded while I was in Florida. The smell was terrible, as there was carpet in the basement.

They left a dehumidifier to remove some of the moisture from the room. They came back on Monday with 2 people. They removed the carpet in sections, moving a huge amount of stuff that qwas stored in the basement.

This was completed in 1 day. They put down disinfectant to help remove the smell and left large fNs to remove any remaining moisture.

They came back a few says later to remove the fans.

Overall. They did a great job, were very friendly and resolved my issues with no hassles.
