They broke my granite countertop, taking it out of the kitchen. I had concrete stained flooring downstairs. When they cleaned up all the insulation up, they used metal scrappers and completely ruined all the concrete stain. The insurance company is having to pay for all that also. The clothing that got damaged were not taken care of in a timely manner. From January 18th to today, the clothes are still in the house.
