Rytech service representative, Warran Black, was outstanding and super knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and flexible. He was very knowledgeable of what we were doing. The technical part was outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Both Warren and Margo were absolute professionals in getting the job done.

Rytech of First Coast was hard on my insurance company. I had to pay for Rytech of First Coast. They never talked to me about how long they had to be there. The bill kept getting higher and higher. I feel they could have accomplished it sooner with more fans instead of dragging it out. It ended up being 3x the price. At no point did anyone inform me that it would be that expensive.

I have already actively told several people to never hire them, and told my property manager to no longer use them for the properties they handle. Save your time, money and sanity and hire Servpo instead.

We were aware that the process of water remediation in our home would be frustrating. However, our experience with Rytech made a difficult situation more stressful and more expensive than need be.

The lack of communication, transparency, and the added damage that the technicians caused to our home during this process has cost us a tremendous amount of money, and the “Preliminary Estimate” that we received from the technicians [on the last day of work!] was over $2000.00 more than the original quote, feels a bit like a bait a switch.

Furthermore, no one in the company attempted to help resolve our frustrations, to honor the original estimate or come to a compromise that was agreeable to all. In fact, the project manager (only person from the company who would communicate with us) only doubled down that he and his staff did nothing wrong...

I have worked with many trades persons over the years and never have I had such a horrible experience.

Warren Black, in the local Rytech office, was very fast, efficient, thorough, and kept me abreast of the entire process.

Warren and his helper tore up my baseboards to the point that they destroyed my drywall as well as some boards in my living room. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, I allowed Warren to borrow some adapters and they were taken. It wasn’t until I pestered him did he return them- 3 wks late.

Rytech did a great job, however they didn't do sufficient work in the master bedroom. They only pulled part of the floor up, when they should have pulled all of it up.

They were very professional. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They communicated very well.

The young men were friendly, professional, knew what they were doing, and I absolutely loved them! The owner came out, and he was friendly, nice, and professional. It was a good experience. They came in and got the job done, so I am very pleased with them!

They put my sink in the wrong place. They did everything perfectly. When I stand at my kitchen sink, it's partially directly below some upper cabinets. I am completely unsatisfied with that. The sink is one foot to the left. Everything else they did was great.
