I requested to have the report and the pictures for over six months. They did not send them to me. My insurance company sent me the money to pay Rytech and I did not get an invoice. I requested the report numerous times and didn't get it. I suddenly got a call from Sparky that did the work at my house, he was yelling at me that I was holding up his money for a month. He was asking why I wasn't paying it. I told him that I had been waiting on the report since January and it was July. I was waiting for six months for these reports, the pictures, and an invoice. This was the only way to get these reports. I told him it had been six months and you've been in my house since January. He was yelling and screaming. He said he would see me in court and put a lien on my house. I told him I would pay as soon as I got the report and the pictures. When you do a job at my house for $7900.00, I get the report. If you want your money, I will be happy to pay you for the job that was done. I will pay the minute I get the report. He destroyed everything with his attitude. The report is part of the job, as are the pictures. I don't want to be threatened with a lien on my house and I will see you in court. No judge would take this, it would be thrown out of court. His manager was supposed to have a call with him about this. Megan from headquarters apologized to me for his unacceptable behavior.

Rytech of Charleston I went way beyond what I was supposed to do for her. She appreciated my effort and told me so many times! Yes she did ask my for the notes and pictures on her job and I requested it from Rytech. But I told her I didn't know if they would send it to her or not, because usually the insurance company sends that to the owner? Some insurance companies will not do it! Since Rytech isn't the insurance company I was doubtful they would and told her that many times! I found out that she had collected the money/ my money a month before and she never called me to let me know? I called her and asked her why she didn't contact me when she got the check? She said she wasn't going to pay me until she got the report from Rytech? That's when I told her again that I didn't think it was their policy to share it with her? Again she said she wasn't going to pay me and I got upset with her and told her I was going to take her to small claims court if she didn't pay me! I got an email from Ryteck asking me if it was alright to send her the report and I said yes it was. They got the $ from her after that! I just don't understand why she didn't call me when she first got the money? It would have been a better conversation! I work hard for Rytech and bend over backwards for all of my customers and have 100% satisfaction because I treat each one of them as I want to be treated!

Rytech of Charleston This customer liked my workmanship and she signed the Certificate of Satisfaction when I completed the job. Then 2 months later she text me asking for the copy of my report! I responded I can't provide it because I don't know how? I told her to get a copy from her insurance company or contact Rytech. I do my work for the insurance company and I send the report to my Corporate office and they send it to the insurance company. She gave me a Bad Rating because I couldn't give her that information? She called my Company a Shady Company? I am the owner and work my tail off to do the best for every one of my Customers! It hurts me and my business when I get these kind if reviews, because I know I performed my job to the best of my abilities! So please don't believe what she post, because she is mad at me for not providing the information, when I was up front and said I could not!
