We are so pleased with the work Russell did on our bathrooms and entryway. We finally have the rooms we’ve dreamed of and the process was fast and professional.

The work was done on schedule and as approved in budget. Some changes were allowed as the project progressed in which they accomodated very well. The subs they know and hire are top notch. All were very polite, clean and showed excellent crafsmanship. This was a major project for my wife and I and are very pleased on how it turned out.

This company was great to work with. The owner, Jeff, was always willing to please and very flexible. The project manager did whatever he could to please us and deal with any issues. I have dealt with lots of remodeling companies and Russell Room has been the easiest and best to work with. Everyone worked very hard to keep us satisfied and ended up with great results in the end.

The men from Russell Room Remodelers were very nice but my biggest complaint was their subcontractors. I wish I had more information from the plumbing supplier and decorating place where I got the flooring, countertops, and shower stall because I would have made different choices. They seemed to only give me a few options so I didn't feel like I had the things to choose from that I thought I would going into this project.

We completed a master bath remodel with Brinkman Russell. Everyone I worked with expressed integrity and the highest quality of workmanship. The project was delayed a week due to family commitments (of the workers), but I'd rather have someone committed to family than someone who disregards the importance of family. We love the remodel and would highly recommend Brinkman Russell.
