They completed the entire project in 1 day. That is very rare for roofers.

Russell Quality Roofing was very professional, informative, and once the project started they were very efficient and thorough. The crew did an excellent job on clean up and with Dan (foreman) walked us through the final project - and was there during the two days to answer any questions.

I had a roof done on another property a couple of years ago by Russell and it all went well even if there were a few speedbumps, so I wanted to get the roof done by them even if it cost a little more than the insurance was willing to pay and more than most other contractors. My only major complaint is the appearance of the shingles. I understand that I chose the shingles that were applied, but when I was choosing I specifically said I didn't want a lot of pattern to my roof and I wanted it to look as close to the previous roof as possible. I was given the options, but was led toward the one I got saying it was the closest version and didn't have much pattern. I made the choice, but I regret my decision immensely. The roof I got is extremely patterned and detracts from the appearance of the entire house. The work is well done and everyone is very nice.

We needed someone with experience and expertise to meet the many, many challenges. It took two weeks from start to finish. The roofing crew, customer service and pricing were exceptional. They even took out an unused chimney! We have already recommended this company to everyone we know!

I was very hesitant when I started on this project. I knew that I had to have a contractor do the work so I requested thee (3) bids for different companies; I only heard back from two. Both bids were within $1000 of each other. Russell set up a meeting to go over their quote. I went to the meeting and the first thing they start with is a video ( I was impressed with the information provided - though being in the construction business I was familiar with a lot of it).
They scheduled a date for installation and were not late. To say the least I was very impressed with the whole operation from beginning to end. I would recommend them in a heartbeat without reservation. Office staff was great, supervisor was easy to work with and the field staff, especially the crew supervisor was great. Kept me informed of what was going on, cleaned up every day, most impressive.
I would use them again if I had another job to do. My Thanks to everyone at Russell Roofing GREAT JOB - WELL DONE.

A little pricey, but so far so good. Found plywood sub roof on east side of house that was replaced was not replaced flush with edge of roof and caused the drip edge to not be consistently supported...small area, but for the price I expect
