Initial I was frustrated with your company because of a situation that you guys ultimately took care of. I appreciate that.

Upfront and honest

Pay me for the damage to my mail box. Your truck backs over it and crushed the upright. $80 for the new pole and $100 labor to install it. Balls in your court. My Salesman has ghosted me.

AMAZING JOB. These guys showed up at the crack of dawn. 6 am. Maybe they slept under the bushes in out front yard. Four of them were up on the roof right away while the remaining guys tarped around the house. A dumpster showed up out of nowhere and by 10.00 am I was on the bare roof looking at the decking. Some bad spots were cut out and replaced and while that was done the rest of them started removing nails and sweeping the decking. Next came the waterproof barriers and shingles were tacked on to about half of the roof before noon. After their lunch break in 100 degree temperatures, the rest of the roof was put on, ridge vents were added where none were before, the vents were replaced with metal squirrel-proof vents and everything was painted to match. By 5 PM we had a great looking new class 4 roof. This would lower our homeowners insurance by over 1000 bucks a year.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. Tanya especially was great to work with.

THINGS LOOK GOOD , only a few issues overall We are satisfied besides those few things , Boards with radiant barrier missing from wind after storm and a few plants crushed

Both during and after the install, questions and responses took days...long after the absurd 3-day notice in their terms. It took me over a month to get the work package containing receipts, warranty, and photos.

I found the role of goofy nails in the grass along with several one piece nails and they took down my one antenna and I was hoping that we're gonna put the one antenna back up there's actually two antennas up there and they keep them both down put him back up that's alright I've already handled that problem

The way they explained the options of changing my roof was well presented and explained.

They were professional, quality work, and fast. Better than I expected, having been a roofer earlier in my life.

The two men that came to do their presentation of their product was very knowledgeable and presented themselves a professional.

They try to pressure mi to spend more money where it was not needed. They where claiming that my roof decking needed to be lined with Plywood, because it was wet. I did not had any leaks in my roof. I was replacing it before it was damage. They wanted me to spend more than $10,000.00 for the extra unnecessary job. In addition, I was promised a Certification of the Installation of the roof certification. I have not receive it from the State. I still waiting
