I believe that the hidden fees were my main concern. By the time I finish paying for this roof, I could have paid for three or four roofs.

They were very professional from the sales, all the way through management. The only problem I have is, they need to have a port-potty on the job because they kept coming in my house. I don't like being exposed to strangers in my house. Also, they left ruts in my yard when they parked the truck to drop the materials. But, other than that, they did fantastic, and it's beautiful. They did it how they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up well, so I only found two nails, it's amazing, and I was very pleased with the job. My experience was wonderful and great. I would recommend them for sure.

When they worked on my property, they damaged a lot of stuff. There are two main things, and they have not fixed it the way I wanted. They did not fix it to my expectations, and they covered it up. I had to keep calling, and I had to get the bank involved. They damaged my fence and put wood in it and covered it up. I said you need to fix it or replace it. When they stepped on my property, nothing was wrong. When I allowed them on my property, I paid them, but what they damaged they did not want to fix. It has been very difficult to go through this, with my fence and the fact that my gutters are still not fixed. It is broken and leaking into the inside of my house. They are going to pay later on when I take them to court. I would not recommend them to anybody. I showed my friends, and they said they would not hire them. Instead, they argue with me, and I know how it was, and you didn't fix it like it was supposed to be. After I got the bank involved, they finally came over and replaced the post for the fence, but the gutters are still not fixed, and it is leaking through the panel. I am going to leave it and then hire an attorney. You have to use force, or they don't try to satisfy the customer. I made a big mistake by hiring them to do my roof.

They did a good job.
