Jack Cooper was extremely professional and took the time to understand our needs and recommend services that we were unfamiliar with, such as siding. He was really professional throughout the process. The guy who did the installation was unbelievably talented. Their craftsmanship is a cut above everyone else's. They did a really good job. RPS Remodeling is not done yet, as they are going to come do other stuff, so we are excited to see what they will do next.

Working with RPS Remodeling was amazing. I was stressing over reshingling my house for a year. I knew it needed it, plus I needed to harden the property against fire. I ended up replacing the wood shingles with James Hardie Statement Collection Color Plus Straight Edge Shingle Siding, and replacing old single paned windows with Anlin Catalina/Coronado Series windows. From the beginning, Rick worked with me efficiently to get color etc figured out. It took some time for the materials to arrive (supply chain) but once they did, wow the crew was everything and more Rick said they would be. They worked long days for 3 weeks, pretty much ending to the minute they said they would, not only installing everything but fixing areas of dry rot. I just can't say enough about how incredible they all were--worked their butts off, kept the place super clean, were lovely to talk to and did detail work to finish up that I never imagined--including painting outdoor faucet pipes the same color as the shingles! They caulked and flashed all around--and when it was done, they were all so happy to walk me around the house and show off their craft. I have done a fair amount of work with contractors, and this team was THE BEST I have seen. Zero issues. Wow.

Siding on our new build is flawless and beautiful. Work was done quickly and the quality gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have To worry about paint or wear for years and years to come.

Great onsite survey, follow up was timely, and the project manager was easy to reach when needed. The onsite team was top notch. When they say, "you get what you paid for", this is one of the best examples I can provide you. I am very happy with the work and would recommend RPS.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the siding product and with the meticulous attention to detail by the installation crew. Some circumstances affected the original projected start and completion date. I had to call theproject staff and salesperson to be informed of the reasons for delays. I think that the managers should have proactively called me in advance of delays or changes. Overall, however, I am very satisfied with the final product which has increased my house's fire resistance, and upgraded the overall look of my house.

RPS did an outstanding job. They were more concerned about doing right then getting done quickly. We are very happy with the outcome. House looks brand new and is no longer the grungy ugliest house on the Cul de sac.

RPS is an exceptional company… We needed our exterior siding replaced due to rot damage. RPS completed the task quickly w/ expert craftsmanship following James Hardie “Best Practices” AND it was reasonably priced. The transformation to our home was literally jaw dropping. Neighbors stopped by & commented that our home now belonged on cover of a renovation magazine which only verified our own thoughts that we had chosen the right team for the job. We have never had a better experience w/ any company & therefore, we enthusiastically recommend RPS for any remodeling project.

The rating scale only went up to four when I was giving ratings for RPS Remodeling, but if I had the choice of a five for the way they handled this job, I would do that. It was one of the best experiences I've had with this large of a project.

Overall RPS did good work and we are happy with end result but had a few issues. Their install team spoke little English which complicated some conversations when we weren’t happy with some progress or ran in to issues. They did not provide proactive updates on our material delivery date which slipped around 7 weeks from the original dates. I had to reach out every time the and got a new delayed date. Also they did not offer to correct a material used separating the panels which hadn’t aligned with our expectations. The end result is ok, but ended being a lot of project management on my side for something that should have been simple. I pulled the permit on their behalf. They didn’t offer to schedule or be present for final inspection.

They did a great job. We were pleased with the work.

Not only would I recommend RPS, I already have done. I strongly recommend these guys to all my friends and Neighbors. Their quote was the most competitive of 5 companies I appraises, and I’m pleased to say they were precisely on time and not a single penny over budget. More specifically, the total job was about 40% cheaper on like-for-like items like the hardie siding, compared to a local vendor. And that other vendor quoted 3 months where Rick quoted 4 weeks. Well, Rick’s boys finished the job in 4 weeks to the day!The work rate of the crew is unbelievable. You’ve never seen a bunch of guys work so hard and so diligently. They really took pride in their work and it shows. We are absolutely delighted with the finished work. Our house went from the scruffiest in the street to the nicest. We are also grateful to have found Rick, and that what was for us a major investment and source of anxiety ended up in a great result and great relationship. I would have no hesitation using them again.

Rick James was very easy to work with in designing what we could do with our house siding remodel. He offered suggestions and respected our budget in pulling together plans that was exactly what we wanted in updating and fire proofing our home. Rick and his crew worked diligently to meet the original timeline and finished results (and cleaned up beautifully each day !). They did exactly what they said they would, with no nickel and dime adjustments to the proposal. Overall, we were very impressed and we will go to RPS first for any future remodeling needs.
