From the start of the project (outlining scope, learning our budget limitations, preliminary budget) through completion, we were in an informed loop with the entire team.

I used Rosie Right for a previous remodel and was beyond pleased with how it turned out so when it came time to do another phase (kitchen/dining/living room), I didn't bother getting an estimate from anyone else. Talk about a transformation! We receive genuine compliments from just about everyone who stops by - friends, family, visitors & even tradespeople. Communication - Q Communication is the key. The team excelled in this area. It was so reassuring to have morning and evening updates. Help the project go so much smoother knowing what happened that day and what will be happening the next day. Appreciated this so, so very much.

Dust & Dirt Control

Dust & Dirt Control - As stated before, this is what we as homeowners appreciated so very much. There was very, very little dust for this big project. They took all the extra measures to make sure there was little if any dust.

Employees Professionalism

Employees Professionalism - Alex, And, Don, and Bruce could not have been more professional and respectful to us as the homeowner. All of them went above and beyond being respectful to my special needs. They made us feel so comfortable!! I have no idea how they could improve in this area. They are all fantastic!! U2, Stan!

Additional Comments - I have done remodeling with other firms and there is really a difference with Rosie On The House Remodeling that is on a level that is far and above most of the contractors I have worked with in all of my years owning a home.

Punchlist - There are a few things remaining--not the fault of Rosie on the House. I'm sure they will be done as soon as possible.
