If you are looking for a roofer you can trust, Rose Roofing is the company to use. Jonathan is completely knowledgeable about his product and is very easy to talk to. They have a unique showroom (think carpet or some other home decor store) that displays all the shingles they offer. If you are a visual person like me, you will find this particularly helpful. His wife, Jessica, is at the showroom and is so friendly and helpful. They even let you take the sample boards home so you can see the product with your house color. I strongly recommend doing this as it sealed the deal. We thought we were going to go with one color, but after bringing a few samples home, we immediately changed our minds. His crew works hard and Jonathan is responsive to both phone calls and texts.

Rose as now installed three roofs for us, and we have always been pleased with their work. I highly recommend them. All communications were prompt and professional. We never actually met with anyone from the company. All communications done via email, and installation was done while we were out of state. Maybe it was done in the night by aliens, but it looks great and with exception of a few crushed plants we are satisfied. We did not get competing offers, which I would recommend. The costs seem high, but we have no comps. Next hurricane is do in two days. We will get to test our new roof.

I have done business with Rose roofing for over 25 years! I always find them to be honest , efficient and willing to spend time to explain my roofing needs and answer all questions! After hail damage, other roofers were swarming my neighborhood with gouging estimates- not Rose Roofing! I called them, they were out to do assessment in a few days and I submitted the estimate a week later. Jonathon Rose even provided me with everything I needed to get approval from my HOA in a day! My roof was completed in a day and 1/2 and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Rose Roofing installed a new roof on my house in one day. It is a one story house with a three car garage. They had to remove the old roof also. I asked them to come back and adjust the roofline at the gutter. This was accomplished.
