My overall experience was good, the only issue I had was they were doing the job super fast. I think they were rushing and I wish they had spent a little more time on things. They were trying to finish the job in a day but it was really a day and half job. The sales experience was phenomenal and the material was top notch. I just wish they hadn't rushed things.

They completed the job in one day and redid the project with care like it was their own roof.

I did have some trouble with details. The installation was very good, the only thing was to make sure that all of the details are lined out. I had trouble towards the end getting things done that I am still working on.

They were consistent, They showed up, and these days no one shows up.

All communication from the time we first met with Mike to discuss the project, the scheduling with Ken, and then with the actual project work crew was great. We had a spouting issue that needed to be addressed while they were replacing the shingles. We explained to Omar what we wanted and it was taken care of. After the project was complete, we found a tear in a side screen door. Two workers came back the next week and replaced the screen. All of our communication with employees was very professional and efficient. The roof looks great and a neighbor who is a contractor said it looked well-done. We would definitely recommend Roofworks USA.

Roof works did a good job, but I felt that they were more concerned with completing the job quickly rather than providing quality. I found a mistake which they came back and corrected, but I can't help but wonder what else was hastily done that I haven't found yet.
