Roof Repair Specialist got the job done in a timely and effective manner. My field supervisor and contractor were friendly and easy to work with.

Very, very disappointing. We decided to use Roof Repair Specialists – despite being 25% more than the lowest bid – because of their excellent salesman. He gave us a feeling that we would be well taken care of. Unfortunately, we were not.

The person in charge of our repair was very deficient in his communication. If you work from home, like we often do, or if you have a dog that does not want strangers walking around his yard, knowing when the workers will be working is vital. The supervisor of our roof replacement repeatedly gave us wrong information, which led to a lot of frustration.

Additionally, and perhaps more reflective of a bad company, after removing the roof from our garage (if you’ve never seen this process – it is very violent) we were informed by the company that they would NOT put new shingles on the garage roof until we got expensive repairs. They said the structure was no longer safe. Roof Repair Specialists knew that we had a 100-year-old house. They had a salesman do an inspection. They had a pre-work inspector also do an inspection. They had guys stand on that garage roof with rakes, scraping the old tiles off. And yet, they never warned us that this added expense might be a possibility – nor took any precautions for this outcome. The company decided to stop all work until WE paid a contractor to stabilize the structure – a structure that THEY made unstable – before they would finish the work. The garage is only one story. Some of their own workers said that they could just put up scaffolding and not have to stand on the garage roof at all, however, the company refused to do anything until we paid for that contractor.

Finally, the shingles that they threw off the roof made a lot of marks on our stucco. I asked that they clean the stucco, but the clean-up crew left without cleaning it. Only after I reached out - some days later - asking when they'd finish the job, was I informed that they didn't feel like cleaning it was safe - they didn't want to damage the stucco. Again, if you know the structure is 100 years old, shouldn't you take precautions to ensure that the stucco does not get damaged to begin with?

After all of this inconvenience, mis-information, and damage, they still charged the full amount. Despite the great reviews they get, despite the excellent salespeople, take it from me: never use this company.

We interviewed a LOT of companies before choosing Roof Repair Specialist. The sales consultation was very informative because the building codes for roofing materials have changed a lot in 20 years. Our roof's steep pitch required extra safety precautions and more materials. All of this was clearly communicated.

The work started on schedule and the tear-off was noisy, but not as loud as we expected! At the end of each day, our property was cleaned up so we could move our cars back to the driveway.

We were in a text chain with the site manager and other key players throughout the whole project. The city inspections were a breeze and the new roof looks great.

Absolutely professional from beginning to the end. Attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Not just the craftsmanship but even the delightful demolition crew all the way to finish crew and of course the pre-cell with Noah and supervisor Louis. Already recommending you folks to people.

I'm an architect involved in many construction projects- the Roof Repair Crew was exceptional. From Noah's initial explanation of our roofing options, to Chucky and the crew on the job, and Grace communicating about process. They did exceptional construction work and helped solve some unique conditions of our roof - solving the issue and doing the minor work so we did not have to involve another subcontractor. The daily video/photo updates made sure we saw the progress and confirmation that the complicated areas of our roof were solved and work went as expected.
There was an issue during our first inspection, but Chucky and Noah were right on the issue and it was solved by the end of the day not impacting construction schedule. I would highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist for your new roof.

I had gotten several quotes before contracting with Roof Repair Specialist. My choices were between Roof Repair Specialist and another professional who just took too long to produce a quote. Most of the problems with my cobbled-together flat-roofed house and pitched-roof garage were handled within the original scope of work, and the results were better than I'd expected. I believe that my new roofs will last as long as the salespeople said they will.

Their work was excellent, but what impressed me the most was that I needed some vent holes closed and others cut before the roof went on. Roof Repair Specialists went out of their way to help coordinate the work with my plumber.

I have absolute confidence that, if I recommended Roof Repair Specialist to a friend, they would do an excellent job.

Starting with Areg, the project was handled professionally, expertly and with a continued focus on quality and customer service. Everyone I dealt with at the company was responsive and personable. The crew was courteous and respectful of our property, and everything was left clean at the end of each day. Overall there was minimal disruption, and an excellent finished product.

They were able to start the job a week early, and they finished on time. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done and I was happy with the quality of work and their professionalism.

They need to improve their communication. Site clean up could have been better. They leaned materials against the walls and left stains and marks on the stucco.
There was some sloppy work to be addressed. The job lead returned on a Saturday (an hour late) and did a satisfactory job addressing my concerns. I’m still waiting for my job and inspection summary.
They were very prompt in sending out the invoice. They should be that prompt in all aspects.
They used quality materials and promptly forwarded the warranty as soon as we paid the invoice

No I don't think I would recommend Roof Repair Specialist because of the problems we had during the roof/gutter installation. I was also disappointed in the lack of follow-up and communication with the project manager.

Roof Repair Specialist was recommended to me one day before I had already interviewed 3 other roofing companies and secured estimates and had selected one of those 3 to work on installing a new roof for us. I decided to contact Roof Repair Specialist and now I am so happy I call them and hired them.

Overall, I was satisfied with the communication and professionalism of Roof Repair Specialist. Unfortunately, immediately following a full roof replacement, I experienced a ceiling leak that took three service calls to repair.
