It took a long time to get started on our project.
I relocated to FL right after my house fire that I agreed to before the fire occurred. I was going to list my house anyway. I explained to Eric and Chris, their reps, that I needed this house done so I could list it. After numerous delays by their doing, permits not completed correctly, insufficient equipment used to fumigate house, etc. my homeowners had to pay even more for a rental house for my family in PA while the house was renovated. The house was rushed to be finished in 6 weeks and it shows in the feedback we have received from prospective buyers. It's costs me thousands and the house is still listed. We met with the Roslyn vendor, Lowe's, in July and picked out sinks, carpet, etc and in late September they said they did not have any of that info while Allstate was quick to remind us the house had to be done by the end of September. It was not done of course. Use another contractor if I were you. I guess I had to wait for Chris, the project manager, get done all his vacation time in June and July before they really started to do some work in late August. It was a shame I was in FL so we could not stay on top of them but while the cat's away, the mice will play I guess.
The only problem that we had was that the work at my house was stopped so they could go to another job. However, they came back and finished on time. That was my only concern. The quality of the work was excellent, and Alex was excellent. I would gladly recommend them.
