Very nice people who completed the various aspects of our restoration professionally and competently!

Rockefellers Cleaning & Restoration was very professional in the way they first approached the cleanup and restoration. They told me what to expect and did a lot of planning to make sure that things were done in the right order and done in a reasonable amount of time. I found the employees to be not just helpful, but actually able to tell me more of what to expect than I had hoped for. So far, the result on the project are better than I hoped for and I doubt if anything will change if they continue the way they started. They followed through on promises and anything that wasn't perfect was corrected. I'm very thankful Allstate chose them, and I would pick them again even though I hope I don't have to.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and finished the work ahead of schedule.

Each individual department did a very good job, but the coordination between the departments was very poor.

The cleaning crew were professional and did the clean up in a timely manner. The reconstruction crew took about 3 weeks to get the minor repairs completed. Mac, is totally unprofessional. After I called to complain about how long it was taking for them just to start the job, he called me and yelled at me, telling me, "Do you think, I have doors in my back pocket?" I wanted to speak to his boss, but I never got a call back from anyone.

Everything they said they would do was correct. Except the scheduling.

Rockefellers has some very courteous and very efficient employees on their team. I am grateful for their professional assistance during a difficult time.
