Mad city has been great from the start! Friendly personable and easy to talk to staff! Would highly recommend them for bath shower or windows!

We were told by the representative that came to our home that Mad City did not sub-contract work but rather they did everything from sales, to building the window, to installation and care. They were highly trained and met the highest standards. We watched videos during is presentation that stated the same thing. Everyone we talked to prior to the window installation was a Mad City employee. Then when the gentleman showed up to install the window he was a sub-contracted worker. He left the window looking terrible with framework pieces that were over a quarter inches off. He used a filler that showed and did not stain the areas of the frame where other pieces of the old window used to be. Sure we had a new window and it worked great. But it looked terrible! He clearly was not invested in the company and only wanted to get the job done. When we asked about the mismatch and the raw wood showing he said, "Go out and get a stain marker from Lowe's and match it up. That's all I would do anyway." We paid for a window to be put in that worked well, was energy efficient and looked aesthetically pleasing. That's not what we got. We had to call several times to before someone was sent out to fix the window. It looks much better now, but we will never use this company again because work was sub-contracted out.

Wrong. Size window and the big 96 inch window is not heavy duty enough . And missing a spring on the screen

Product is wonderful. We love the shower. The installer was excellent ,as well as the plumber. Micah knew what he was doing and the install went smoothly . Also everything was cleaned up when they left. We have shown off the shower to several people and they are amazed at how beautiful it is. We had the ceiling in the shower lined with the same acrylic and it makes the shower even more attractive and we won’t have to worry about mold or mildew on the ceiling of shower. Of course the function of the shower head, grab bars and 4 corner shelves are much appreciated . We will and have already recommended Mad City to others for shower replacement. We love it,,

They covered everything in bedroom with plastic so the dust could not fall on the bed . They laid plastic down so carpet didn't get dirty

From the sale to the install, everything was explained very well. The windows appear to be very quality, the financing options were nice, the installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

We are still having problems with the windows that require a technician to come out to our house more than 6 months after the initial installation. The poor initial installation has led to further problems and has impacted the quality of the windows.

If someone asks about Mad City I would recommend but it is quite expensive.

They are very expensive but the quality is good and the people are easy to work with.

The overall process was great and the sales person was not pushy at all and straight forward with us! The installation person was great to deal with and answered all questions and explained care going forward! We would highly recommend mad city for your next bathroom project!

I generally don't recommend things or services, figure people need to find out on their own and I won't be blamed if they have a bad experience. Also a former teacher who was a tough grader, so pretty hard to get a 9 or 10. But my experience with Mad City was very positive. Initial demo and installation was done in a day, fairly amazing. I was doing the entire bathroom in two phases, which required a couple of minor cosmetic refinishes, and Mad City came out and did them promptly and made it all look great, and at no extra charge. Much appreciated. I didn't really do much on price comparison, and thought it was somewhat pricey, but again, others should do their own shopping if they are trying to get the lowest number. But a couple months in, I am very satisfied with the product and the service from Mad City.

No, because I was lied to during the sale and I did not get what I thought I was buying.

Installation was not in one day. The shower install was scheduled before you had the customer shower door. I was at that time told what my balance owed was.
Then when you came to install the door, I was told the balanced owed was a different price.

Each employee was blaming someone else in the problem.
