As new customers of Mad City we were happy from start to finish.
From Sales to Installation the journey was a little bumpy but that was due to our HOA. Mad City got everything together and got the job completed to our complete satisfaction.

Sales person friendly and took time to answer questions. Install team was knowledgeable and did good work. Window cracked in transit was repaired in a timely way and team was friendly and did a good job.

I would definitely recommend Mad City to others! There's lifetime warranty on all windows, including breakage. This warranty is also transferable to a subsequent owner! This is the last time you will ever replace your windows!

Old house, nothing square, not the usual 2 day install, but hurried along with several errors left for owner to correct at the end of the usual 2 day install. Twice measured up; but installers job listing didn't leave time/directions for agreed upon sizes of side walls(to meet sidewalls of existing structure). Owner mentioned flooring project he was going to do, leveling shower left nearly
1/2inch gap to try to level floor. back to nothing square.... picture perfect, except for the nitty gritty, and closer looks.

Nate and Malachi were on time to begin their day of installing the four windows we ordered. They went right to work, after putting down the tarps to protect the floors and work space. They worked non-stop until the project was completed, well after dark. The windows look great! The guys were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout their time here. We are very, very happy with their work and would have them do another project, if we had one that needed to be done. And we will recommend them to family and friends!

Fast all done and cleaned up one day

Windows are nice , not great communication throughout. Didn’t want to do project in the winter , rep from Wisconsin said installers would show up with heaters and tents, didn’t happen, ok no big deal. Salesmen said windows would be installed in one day, took 3 days, I get it. Windows are nice , exterior J channels not flush and out of alignment. A good amount of debris out side the house , including nails and pieces of wood . Front window has 3 horizontal lines, upstairs windows have 1. We were told someone would do a quality control inspection. I showed J channel concerns to installers they agreed they didn’t look right, but little action taken . It’s unfortunate because they seems like very nice guys but our house was used as training grounds with little true oversight. I’m not mad or upset there are more important things but we paid a good amount we made a mistake of trusting without verifying.

This 10 is for Joe the installer! If I could have given him a 15 I would have! You best not let him get away, he is awesome! As far as the rest of the job it was not to my expectations (not the installation). It was the inconvenience of the time it took to get the job completed! The installer did not have all the material or parts that he needed! He was constantly waiting to have things delivered that weren't there. It made my wife and I late for two appointments. In the end the shower is nice, but I think a little over priced!

Installers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and took it all away.

It's an expensive product, but you are paying for convenience, speedy installation, and a lifetime warranty. For us, it was worth it. But not everyone has the option to spend so much on a bathroom shower/tub.

The workers were very thorough explaining their plan of every detail of their work assignment and showed exactly what they were going to do
and after it was completed, asked if I had any questions or concerns. Also they deserve credit for working in frigid conditions the whole time involved in their job. Hang on to these guys because they are truly professional men who deserve extra credit!!
