They started and completed the job as planned. We met and discussed preferences and expectations and they completed all steps to my satisfaction. We had a lot of rain just prior to the start of the replacement of the roof. The installers kept all heavy equipment off of the yard opting to carry the removed shingles from one end of the house to other where the trailers were parked on the driveway. The roofers also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I have already recommended them to three (3) family and friends
