The finished product was fantastic. The jobsite was meticulously cleaned up after completion. The workers were very polite and professional. The installation was done in one day.

It would have been nice if the sales rep had indicated that the install would need
Additional work done to finish the wall that was added. I replaced 3 sided shower stall with the square Kohler shower. A wall was added to accommodate that but not finished. Now I have to get a contractor to complete the project which was already expensive. Not very happy with this. And also, have to.replace tiles since the shape is different and they cut out some to fit new shower base. Goes on and on

The salesman told me my new hot water heater was big enough - my first question. - he said a booster would be installed - the installation crew said they could not do it - I have to have hot water for my back and by the time my tub is filled, I am sitting in cold water - either fix it or I am not layingsame
