it was ok rethink the value for what I got. I wouldn"t do it again. show me a list if the price of each idem and the labor prove to me it was worth that amount

Our shower was supposed to be installed in June but kept getting pushed back. Two pieces were ordered that didn’t fit and we had to wait for them to be reordered and come in.

The pricing was very good compared to other quotes we had done. The two man team went straight to work. It would have easily been done in one day, but there were a couple of significant snags that slowed them down. So it took another half day.

They did a great job

The workers were fine but the job took seven days to complete. It was a nightmare! The dust from the job has made it necessary for us to have our furniture and carpeting cleaned and there was a hole put through the bathroom wall into the bedroom that now has to be patched up. Dealing with someone in MA complicated the whole process including the fact that nobody showed up on the day it was to begin. The materials are fine, but I now feel I should have hired a local company to do the work.

Thought the cost of a new shower stall was a little high. Itemized price list is not provided.

I have a beautiful shower made from the luxurious and durable lux stone, not plastic. This was a responsible and aesthetic purchase.

I would recommend you but most of my friends would not hire you because of the high cost.

Pricing is very high but we liked the Luxstone and we needed a walk in shower quickly for medical reasons.

it took 5 appointments to actually get someone out here to work on shower install. The first 2 were rescheduled, the 3 time the installers came out and said we had a spider infestation and told us we need an exterminator to rid the spiders or they wouldn't work(we had a guy come out spent 2 or more hours in basement and said there no spiders or any bugs at all in our finished basement, it cost us 100.00 for nothing), the 4th time we were promised an install and we were completely ghosted, no call no show, and finally the 5th time after numerous phone calls initiated by myself the company finally sent a team out to do the job. It is not worth time invested and definitely not worth the money we spent to prepare for install. A lot of extra money and way too much time wasted for all that money spent on a shower install.

My sales representative, Christina Kauffman, was exceptional, as were the installers who completed the work. Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by poor communication from the rest of the team. I made multiple attempts via phone and email to confirm my installation schedule, but my calls were directed to voicemail and my messages went unanswered.

I paid my down payment in April, yet the shower was not installed until August. During that time, I did not receive any proactive updates from the company regarding the status of my project or an estimated installation date. Ultimately, I had to contact my salesperson to intervene and obtain information, something that should have been handled by the installation or scheduling department directly.

While I am very happy with the finished product and the professionalism of Christina and the installation crew, the lack of timely communication and follow-up from the rest of the team was disappointing and significantly affected my overall rating.

I am also concerned about the future. With a lifetime warranty on parts and labor, I worry that if I encounter an issue, such as a leaking shower, the company may not respond in a timely or appropriate manner based on my experience during the installation process. This undermines the reassurance the warranty is intended to provide. In addition, the shower nook was supposed to include a basket and a shelf with notches to hang razors, but these items were not included in the installation. The salesperson said she would look into this for me.

Love the quality of the product and the installation. My staircase is tight and usually gets scratches in the plaster.

No proper communication between the project manager and the contractor

Sales representative relayed this would be a 1 day installation for each shower. Scheduling and installation wanted to schedule an entire week. Overall not happy with results from what was told initially and promised from sales.

The interface between the sales and the install team was less than ideal and resulted in significant delays. it ended well but it was messy.

The two gentleman that did the work on my walk-in bathtub were really outstanding Shawn and Doug. I would recommend them highly for any job that Kohler needs done.
