Jordan provided a thorough and clear project estimate. Aaron oversaw the window installation and ensured everything was done correctly. John and the roofing crew completed the roof efficiently and with quality workmanship. Sidney managed the siding work and final inspection and made sure all details were addressed.

The crews arrived as scheduled, communicated well throughout the project, and completed the work on time. Cleanup was handled properly and the finished work met my expectations.

Lots of delays and mistakes were made.

Install issue took multiple calls, and now I’ve made calls regarding a quality issue and zero call back! But this is my second survey, so THAT seems to be important to Ridge Top. What a disappointment.

The crew did a fantastic job, they were on time, efficient, and exceeded expectations. We have received many compliments on our siding project.

We’ve had a window and gutters installed on our home and Aaron was incredibly helpful throughout the process and the installers were incredibly friendly, answered any questions I had during, cleaned up everything before they left, and we were incredibly satisfied with the service from start to finish. I would highly recommend!! I will be a repeat Customer again for the remaining windows we need to replace on our home.

Had other estimates but these guys sold us on their service and commitment to do a great job and they did it!

None of the interior windows were caulked initially. I had to hire a guy to mortar the bay window. The interior caulk job is not very good. When I stand near certain windows, I feel a draft and am beginning to think the exterior was caulked. We were told we’d save approximately 33% on our energy bill, which is not true either. The clean up was not good eitger. Also, still waiting for the bay side window replacement. There was a warranty issue with this where the glass broke

Very pleased with the quality of the window and the installation. The crew was on time, professional and never treated any aspect of the job as being just "good enough". We would definitely recommend.

The work was spectacular

A little too long ago to remember specifics but we appreciated that they did a quality job quickly and helped resolve a leakage problem around our chimney.

Throughout the project, they kept in touch with me, easy to get a hold of if any questions arose.
