First of all they were on time and completed the job in one day (from tear off to installation complete). When they left you couldn't tell anyone had been there except for the new roof. Having one of the owners there to kickoff the job is a good policy. It was reassuring to know he wanted to know if we had any questions so he could relay info to the crew prior to work starting. This is a policy very few contractors possess and could learn from. The entire team was organized and made for a flawless job. Only one thing puzzled me. All the workers had smiles on their faces even in the midday sun. It must be something in the water they drink. Happy workers means they are doing something right! I have had 10 roofs replaced in my career and none was done as well as this one. I highly recommend them.

From the first call to make arrangements for a total roof replacement to the payment transaction, Richardson-Stinton Roofing, did a job that deserves recognition as a job “well done”. The roof was removed, wood repairs made, new roof installed while all the while cleaning up behind themselves in 1 day. They even provide an independent contractor / inspector to conduct the wind mitigation report for insurance. The report shows Richardson-Stinton work passed with flying colors. Both Father and son were very professional outstanding individuals who first, presented to me a color I had not seen before. In my adult lifetime, replacing roofs, I was tired of the usual shingles. My new shingle is a great shade of blue. My work was done in just less than two days, I felt my price was fair and their team of men were also very professional. Have already had people stop and ask me who did my roof.
