After contract was signed and the first part of the payment was made you started sending me messages about how you couldn’t do the whole job and when I asked for the money back to find a contractor that could you decided you could do it, but it would be spread out over several days. Fine, not that big of a deal. Then you send me a final bill for $4,000 above the cost of the insurance payout + my deductible. You cute non-existent upgrades to my gutters which I did not ask for and cannot see any kind of upgrade. The soffit I asked to be replaced was supposed to be less than $200, but you charged $2000. The total cost is now significantly above the insurance appraised value and it is completely out of the range of anything we discussed.
