SCAM. Do Not Trust. Restorerz completed a very small job at my condo (just drying up water with equipment for a week); The bill was expected between $2-3k based on local market rates for this type of the work. The bill I received was nearly $15,000. While a worked to dispute the bill, their team threatened to file a Contractor's Lien on my property. I learned later this was not even a legal threat as they did not have a CA Contractor's License at time of the work but acquired it months later. Their tone was very aggressive and intimidating as they tried to get me to move quickly and settle at a high cost. It took me nearly 4 months and threats of legal action to get their pricing down to about $5,500 (still out of market but something I could stomach). I am writing this in hopes it helps others avoid being take advantage of.
