The man who originally came to look at the damage was careless. It was a rainy day. His shoes were wet and muddy. He walked in my house without protection and stained my white carpet.
The men who worked on the walls were great. They left the house clean and covered all their work with plastic. They were friendly and always on time.

The workers that were removing the lead based paint, wood frames, and trim, some of them were careless. They destroyed more things around those frames. I had to find contractors to fix that. So far, it has cost me around $10,000.00 to fix that.
The process is slower than I anticipated for the completion of the job.

They were really nice. They walked me through everything. I didn't know much about the moisture level. They walked me through that. Throughout the whole process, whenever they needed to use their machine, they showed me what they were looking for, and that was nice of them.
I never received full and complete information at any stage. 1) neither the assessment with information on extent of damage, 2) nor info on the process and steps that would be taken to repair damage, 3) nor nor updates on how long it would take.
