The installers for both the shower stall and the glass walls and door were excellent. Professional but friendly. Answered any questions we had.

I am very pleased with the finished product. My shower is very pretty and works perfect. I am disappointed that the salesman who was very pleasant at our original meeting has not followed up or contacted me as he said he would.

The customer service is excellent, especially by the installers. I truly appreciated them putting down cloths to protect my flooring from the entry to the bathroom. Because of pricing and other concerns (see #5), I would share recommendation with friends and family with both positive and negative perspective.

The reason I will not recommend the company is due to the fact I had made a call to the salesman I would be paying cash upon completion of the job. Approximately two plus weeks the job was completed and I wrote a check for the total amount. Approximately a week later my wife received a phone call asking if they could shred the check because the finance company was handling the payments. Upon calling the finance company they had not even initiated the account and I would have have wait to make the payment plus an additional 390.00 dollars for setting up the account.
You have indicated that Kohler will be issuing me a check for the difference., however I feel that your company should have dealt with the finance company instead of me. This is the 16th of November and the job was finished on the 29th of October and I have not received anything from the finance company.

Although the walk-in shower is beautiful and works well, parts of my adjoining tiled baseboards were damaged, then later replaced with tiles that don’t match well, but are acceptable.

It was a great experience, the mechanics were I'd recommend them many times fabulous.

Every phase of our purchase was top notch.

Told me it was going to take 2 days to install, which was ok by me. When they came, they got here at 8:00am and were done by a little after 4 in the afternoon. Did a great job.
