Timely installation, but a little careless with existing frames and sills.

We appreciated the calls to keep us informed of the status of the project. The lack of a project manager from MaxHome making an onsite visit during and after completion of installation was lacking. If not for this, this response would have been a 10.

Although I ended up with a successfully completed job, the process to get there was stressful. I’m sure this is not the norm, but wouldn’t want a friend to go through this.

The first time they came to install the windows 2 was to small, one was about 2” small but he built it up to where it looks but I don’t like it. The other one you all had to order another window for it which took a while to get it installed. You installers came here 3 times, the second one came and wound not do anything. He took pictures and said that he was not going to do anything because someone needed to fix the bad places first. The third one came and tried to get the bad places fixed but it was not satisfactory so signed a form, he wrote on the form that more work needed to be done. So someone needs to come get it done soon. I have talked with the bank twice and told them that someone needs to come to finish up on this issue. Might have messed up by signing that form but I did because he wrote it up for someone to fix it right. I signed 2 sheets. If you see anything scratched off they. The reason I wrote this is because I just got the phone with the bank and she said that you said everything was finished but that’s a lie. Come look for yourself. If you doing this kind of work you will shut down soon. I hope I don’t have to call the BBB.

They did a great job. Everybody was nice and professional and friendly and kind and they did a good job and cleaned up and showed me what they did and asked me if I was OK with it before they left. They did a great job.

The Call Center should be aware of and respect arrangements agreed to by the sales person and the customer.

I love the windows and l am very excited to have the upgrade. The whole process from sales to install was informative and professional.

From the consultation to the installation and having the supervisor stopping by to check how things were going, I felt very comfortable hiring MaxHome.

The installers were professional. When we pointed out some flaws with the putty seal they cleaned it up.

I had new windows installed, love them, make the house look so much newer, a fresh look. Quality installation and product.

I would recommend with the caveat that all crews use drop cloths throughout the interior during installation and shoe booties.

The only reason for not a 10 is during demolition or removal of old windows is they cut and ripped my vinyl siding in 4 places on the first set of windows I saw that and I did get Roberto to put some spray foam to fill the hole wife thinks it looks terrible and they sawed into the siding and left that slice open on the front windows wife saw that and complained to me

We had a terrible experience with MaxHomes and our window replacement. We have a Cedar home and apparently they knew nothing about replacing windows in cedar . Measured wrong had to re order .... long bad story it took approximately 4 months to install and we had to finish trim.

During the presentation, I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the warranty. Now, the windows are installed and I am very happy with them and the whole process.

Sales person was great to work with. Communication from the main office on the progress of the windows could have been better. The crew that installed the windows were good.

I ordered and paid for vinyl covers for all my new windows they were not installed on the same day as the windows they had to come back because they did not have them but i called a couple of weeks earlier and was told they had the covers and were waiting for the windows to ship when they came to install the covers they only had 4 i needed 12 now i have to wait 2 more weeks for them to arrive and be installed after already waiting 4 months for the windows and covers
