They did a great job converting our bathtub to a shower. They demolished everything and cleaned up. All the plumbing was redone and the shower was completed from floor to ceiling. Very professional and friendly guys.

They were very quick in putting in walk in shower. It looks great and Christian the installer was great!!

The sales representative did a great job getting the project approved and exceeded my expectations on job completion ahead of schedule.

The hand held shower drips and does not shut off. The caulk in the shower is not drying. The shower sliding doors do not stay in place they slide to one side. Not very happy with these problems and they need to be corrected asap. Thank you

I asked repeatedly for receipts for my payment for the work and never received them. I need them for tax purposes. Also, I was told when I signed the contract that I would receive a free cruise for each job which would be2 free cruises. I never received the cruises.

The entire project went smoothly from developing a build plan to executing the installation.

Dean was an awesome salesperson. He very knowledgeable of the product. He did not push us into something expensive. He allowed us to chose what was right for us. The installer, I cant remember his name, but he was thorough and maintained a clean work area all of the time. He did an excellent job with the install and bathroom is absolutely beautiful! They were simply the best—totally professional, knew what they were doing and did a great job. Totally love the finished job. I was amazed at how hard they worked all day to get the job done. The time from demonstration to installation was given as 12 weeks, it was actually 4 days. Excellent service.

One of the walls is really out of plumb. The shower door guy is worried about the gap that is this is going to cause. He thinks he can fill it with silicone but I think that might look terrible.
