The sales representative who visited the home and took measurements was excellent, but the measurements of the pan size were mistaken. This mistake was quickly discovered by the installers and a new pan arrived with little loss of installation time.

The installation was superb! Shower is beautiful. The salesperson was NOT clear as to what type of wall we were getting changing from one type to another. Like I said, our installer was professional and superb. We will not go this route next time on our other bathroom.
