Product quality, warranty, responsiveness, installation

Extremely disappointed with the window quality and company service. After contacting both the salesman and the manager, we did not get any resolution to our complaint. I cannot recommend this company.

Starting with our sales rep Tommy Fortini would was very knowledgeable regarding the product. He answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was fantastic. They were neat, polite and did a wonderful job. Oscar went out of his way to explain the windows & answered all my questions. The field rep was superior. Called the day before to remind me of the time & followed up with a text. Spoke day of installation to make sure everything was going well then called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the installers, quality of work and if they left everything clean. Excellent service on all involved in my transaction.

The professionalism of the two young men that did the installation. Ivan and Harold. we’re here for two days. They were meticulous about everything they did. Each day when they left, the kitchen was cleaner than I have ever seen it. They take great pride in their work and it shows.

All of the representatives of the company communicated clearly and followed up on whatever they said they were going to do.

The installers did very poor work and left the inside of the frames all beat up and gouged. They did come back and fix everything, but it left a lot of painting for us to do. The outside had damage as well and the caulking job was really shoddy. They came back and did this. We also have one window pane that has a crack that we are waiting for to be replaced. Also, there is a corner piece missing where the window is lifted upwards that was supposed to have been brought out and we are still waiting on it. When we bought the windows from our salesman, Mark Hendriks, he ensured us we would have a quality product and quality workmanship, and I'm not sure we received either. The windows don't seem as high quality as the ones that were replaced. I thought Mark said he would be out the day of installation to check on the project, but we didn't hear from him or see him since we were sold the windows.

At Sam's Club I mentioned this to one of your sales representatives last week and she said she would let management know about my concerns and have someone contact me, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. I was led to believe that the service and quality we would get was better than from any other window installer and I don't feel that is what we got for the amount of money we paid.

Great job overall. Courteous, on-time, professional in every aspect
