Overall service was satisfactory. We know that we are paying a bit more for the quality of service that we did receive. We are still waiting to hear from someone to contact us about the discussion we had with the foreman of the service. At that time we showed him Our sliding glass door that seems to be getting foggy inside. He said he would have someone contact us and today we have heard nothing. We have always recommended FHIA because of the quality of their service and hope that it still remains.

FHIA has been in business for quite some time now and there is a reason, they do quality work. A lifetime warranty is only as good as the business that backs it. We had an issue with one of our windows, I spoke to their warranty department , and a new piece is being made to replace the bad one. They stand behind their product and are there if you need them. I would recommend FHIA.
