It was a bit of a bumpy process. I signed the contract back in around january for a shower with a glass butterfly door in rubbed bronze. It took maybe a month to get scheduled, then they weren't putting in a butterfly door when they showed up. Then they couldn't find a door that worked. Then they finally found one and had to paint it. I think after everything it took like 5 months to do the shower? There were also numerous small quality issues I had to point out to correct, and finally it leaked and had to be fixed.

Leaks in 2 places. Had to have installer come back 2 times and the one leak still was dripping after 2 tries so my husband had to fix it since it was because the gasket in the toilet was not seated properly. I believe Renken does not allow enough time for the installation and they have a time line that is unreasonable to take time on project.

They were straight forward and did not use high pressure, take this deal today tactics like some of their competitors. They were willing to work around our schedules and our budgets. Any issues that arose were quickly handled and adressed. We would highly recommend!

For us, time was a big factor followed by cost. My wife wanted the master bath done as quickly as possible at a fair price. We got both fulfilled. Mahadi is meticulous in his workmanship. My wife is very pleased.
