Renaissance provided excellent, quality workmanship with a crew that we were happy to have working on our house for a long project! They have industry knowledge and attention to detail that few companies provide. The project was kept clean and organized and they worked hard to stay on schedule despite several added projects and a few treacherously hot spells along the way.

We had a new slate roof installed on our 94-year-old home. The job was challenging due to the steep pitch and multiple angles. We are very pleased with the appearance of the roof and the quality of the workmanship.

Renaissance Roofing provided an exceptional service when restoring the original glazed tile roof on our 1925 historic home. Greg Derry, Tom Bunders and Ray Kemppainen each went above and beyond to ensure that our job was scoped, priced, scheduled and executed correctly.
Greg worked with my insurance company to ensure that the correct scope was approved, Tom scheduled the project ensuring that when necessary we had up to 4 crews working simultaneously, and Ray and crew were onsite each morning at 6:45am for almost 3 months straight. These guys are incredible craftsmen, explaining each step of the project, and making sure that we were happy with the result. Each member of the Renaissance team, from Brenda in the office to each member of their crew, are incredibly professional.
We could not be happier with the work they performed and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any historic roofing project.

Renaissance provided the most detailed proposal for the complete restoration of the original clay asbestos tiles on our 92 yr old Sanctuary. The project included abatement of the original roof and replacement and installment of all new copper flashing and gutters. I am satisfied with the work, and will most likely continue to have Renaissance Roofing service my roof since they have worked on it for over a decade (under the previous owner), and are known for high quality work, but the wait for the repairs to start (5 months) was so long that though I will recommend them, I will also warn them about the timing if their work is urgent.

This summer we had our 100-year-old clay tile roof repaired by Roger and his team at Renaissance. They had to undertake quite a bit of sub-roof repair on this century-old home as well. In fact, they were the most conscientious people and hardest workers we've ever hired!! Who knew roofing could be such an art form? While being surrounded by scaffolding for weeks is not fun, their commitment, clear communication, respectful treatment of the yard and space, and enthusiastic, earnest efforts made it tolerable/even enjoyable :) The people at Renaissance really take pride in their work and treated our home like it was theirs. All of the work was done well. The quality was superb and the men were very easy to deal with. The only place where we experienced difficulty was with the scaffolding, and I believe that was handled by Platinum. There were 4 inch square holes in the screens to tie off the scaffolding, which I understand, but when the scaffolding was removed the screens were not repaired, and that allowed bats to come in. Also, a screen in the cupola (the small steeple) was removed and never replaced. My own people discovered that and replaced it. Otherwise it was all well done and we are very pleased. Fr. Don Blaeser, O.F.M.
I neglected to mention that the scaffolding that was assembled on the roof of the church was begun without reinforcing the roof. Again, this was done by Platinum. Without our having an engineering firm deal with this, we could have had the church roof collapse. All the work done by Renaissance Roofing was done very well, and we are pleased with the result.

Years ago, I had my entire roof replaced by Renaissance roofing. It has held up very well with minor repairs. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have been using them for 15 or more years. They are the only ones that I will let get on my roof.
