I had an outstanding experience with Regency DKI in renovating my kitchen after a leak. The project manager was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated great leadership on organizing the team to accomplish the work on schedule.
I have dealt with Regency DKI twice and both times they have met my expectations. I am extremely satisfied.
They finished the project in a timely manner, and they did a perfectly fine job. I am satisfied.
The salesperson who initially evaluated my situation seemed to know what he was talking about. However, after more than two weeks of missing agreed-upon contact and communication dates with no contact initiated by DKI, I went with another contractor altogether. I concluded that the DKI person didn't care, and I needed to work with someone who cared. He did finally attempt to contact me the day after I registered a complaint with my insurance agent. However, by that time I was already working with someone else.
Regency DKI has done a good job so far and has been helpful and has returned my calls when I have had any questions. They are not done yet but so far, so good.
They were professional, polite, and they do good work.

The last day, they dropped some machines off, and when Tony came to pick them up, he said, "my throat is starting to burn now," so obviously they realize something is there, but for some reason, they are not willing to do what it is going to take to find the problem.

My insurance company contracted, this company out but we needed a tarp on our roof and they said they did not do that. So they did not put a tarp on our town house which is what we needed. The technician, was helpful.
Very unprofessional today the least. Company worked directly with the insurance company. Destroyed my property and left a mess. Fell like the insurance company was ripped off. Any call to DRT were answered with an excuse.My Property was destroyed by DRT !!!
A guy named Mike came to my house too go over the plans . He was DUMBER than a box of ROCKS & Was a lot different than Carl B quoted me things that were to be done was deleted by Mike whoever half ass job . I have the check sending it back to get a nother contractor to do the job .Get rid of the Mike Guy he cant even read a blue print.Your LOSS. Roger D Ward 6/13/2019.
