Appreciate the timely and professional way that Red Rock Roofing accomplished our job. From being there on time to the clean- up everyone knew their job and did it with friendliness and skill. We really appreciated with explanations about roofing materials and the help with understanding the insurance paperwork.

Communication is terrible. Missed my 1st appointment to get my roof done. Sat in front of my father in law home for them to start the roof. No one showed up. Called them and they blamed an office girl.

I had a great experience working with Red Rock Roofing on my roof replacement. They came recommended by realtor while we were buying our home. Our inspector flagged that the roof was showing signs of age and that we’d benefit from getting an expert opinion. The Red Rock team came out and provided a quote which we were able to leverage during our negotiations with the sellers.

Upon closing we asked the red rock team to move forward with the work. They were easy to work with and professional. They completed the job while we were out of town and made the whole process seamless. The roof also looks great!

Red Rock was professional, gave us a special offer on a ridge vent, arranged to get us their pricing on solar detach, and worked with us to accommodate some soffit carpentry that needed to be done before the roofing job (came out and removed the gutters a week or so earlier).

We had four quotations for a roofing replacement, and they were all extremely expensive. I didn't think that the companies would be as well. I actually watched the companies do the work around the neighborhood, and I saw that they left a mess. For instance, they had different people on the crew than who I met when I was being introduced. There were some other negative things, and they were much more expensive. I met and spoke with two people at Red Rock Roofing, and they both said the same basic thing. I then called the office and realized that it was a real company. It wasn't near the location I am at in Colorado. I did speak with the various people at the company, and I was impressed the fact that they are a real company and that there are real people behind the company's sales efforts. Finally, it wasn't too hard, and I asked for a quote. I looked at the quote, and I was impressed with the orginal low price. I added every option that I possibly could, so I asked for one of those and those and those. By the end of it, it was still less expensive than two other quotes, and it was much better quality package than the one that was a little bit less expensive. It was the deal and value around. They came and did the work when they were supposed to do it, and they didn't leave any nails on the prperty and picked up everything. I was never given the opportunity to tell them how happy I was until today, and it has been about a year and a half. I referred a woman two houses down from me on the same street, and she had her roof replaced by Red Rock Roofing.

We believe we were over charged. The whole $29,000 + went to Red Rock didn’t get any of things claimed were repaired.

The amount of detail the person who inspected the roof was excellent. The packet with all the information was very informative

The workmen were great. The office staff was poor. One of my panels was severely damaged. I asked you to postpone the Replacement of panels until you or I could buy a new panel. That would allow me to save the cost of your coming out to replace the one panel. No response. The workmen came and replaced all the panels, but they put the one damaged panel in such a position that it would be easy to replace. But of course i would pay the cost of that additional replacement. Later on you wanted to sell me a replacement panel and of course suffer the cost of the replacement.

They do excellent work. They have done my roof twice; I have had two incidents with storms. They do excellent work, show up on time, use good materials, and are good workers.

I would recommend Red Rock Roofing to anybody.

Overall great experience

I would not use Red Rock Roofing again. They did not complete the job or give me my referral money when I referred people to them. I am going to talk to Tom Martino to see why they could not come back to finish a job on the roof. They are now saying they would have to charge me an extra $500 to do it after coming out 3 separate times to look at it. There is a pipe that needs to be replaced now that broke during a snowstorm after not breaking all these years. As soon as they replaced the roof, the pipe broke. I even gave them three referrals, but they only paid me for one.

Nothing to add work done right and a wonderful experience.
