They have not built our home yet for us, so based on just the process so far, I would rate it a 10. But the most important thing is the house, and they have not done it yet. They were supposed to start over a month ago, and they have not. It is not technically their fault, there is a problem with the septic permit that I do not understand, but it has caused a several month delay in the process. I do not really understand what is going on, but I just want them to build the house already. Our sales representative was great, there was no issues with her. She was always really loveable.

We are only partly into the process, but it is going well so far. They keep us updated on what is happening.

It was a frustration-free design and building experience. They worked diligently from dusk to dawn and handled any issues proactively. The final product is the greatest, coziest home for my mum; she loves it.

The entire original staff left the company shortly after we placed our order. The original contractor reversed the well and septic hookups in the foundation slab. The original electrician never wired the septic pump, that wasn't discovered for a couple weeks. Red Door has been diligently taking care of the problems as we discover them otherwise my rating would be much lower.
