Installation of my windows started off great until the last sliding door then it was excuse after excuse kept missing parts, what should have taken 3-4 days for completion has taken 2 months and still missing a part which now I’m told they won’t be installing! But they still expect final payment.
We're pleased with the work. They had to go a little bit extra because of the damage, but it came out real well.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the installers for there exceptional service. They were great, they were professional, and they did an amazing job! The salesperson was amazing too; he was very helpful and answered any questions. Anybody we had contact with personally through the whole situation was great, especially with what is going on in the world. If I have anything else done, I'll certainly be contacting you guys!
The two installers were great, very professional and very careful. My only complaint is that Justin said he'd leave me his number and have the cabinet people reach out to me and that never happened.

At first, I had a complaint. After all the complaints, they did come back. They fixed it. I'm happy now. They did a good job. The guy who came to the house and fixed it--Fernando--was really good. He's real good; he did everything good, the way I wanted it to be done, so I'm happy with it, overall.

We had a lot of problems with the timeline from Reborn Cabinets. The job took a lot longer than it should have. Every time they came it, we had to deal with new people.
My mom is 85 and it's not their fault that she can not use it.
The crew was very friendly, knowable and did a lot of work going upstairs and downstairs. They went above and beyond and did very well!

They were super nice and they assured me that everything was going to go well when they delivered the product and when it wasn't accurate, it was not a problem they fixed it.
Additional Comments - I don't have any complaints. There is one roller that doesn't roll well with one of the pull out doors, but maybe it is just an adjustment, we will see. The guy is emailing me instructions on how to manipulate and re-adjust one of the rollers and I just have to make sure I don't have anything heavy on that shelf. It did that in the very beginning and sometimes it got stuck, so he just said it may be an adjustment and that it is maybe a simple fix so he is sending me instructions. If I can't then I will have to call but I think my husband can figure it out.
My installations crew was beyond fabulous - beautiful, perfect work, they finished in a day and a half and cleaned up perfectly.
Areas For Improvement - A sales rep came to my house, but it would have been better if I had gone to the showroom beforehand to learn about all the options for hardware. He only gave me 4 options and I would have chosen something different given the chance.He also only brought in a couple samples of cabinet doors....white shaker and top of the line cherry.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Their precision and beautiful workmanship. I got all new soft closing drawers and doors. The Cherry finish is georgeous.
