Employees & Subcontractors - I work from home so I am around these people a lot. I felt like they were the nicest folks, the most courteous, least intrusive, and the nicest guys. They couldn't have been better. I spent a fair amount of time around them and they are very great people to have around. With regard to the time, this work was outside, so it's weather dependent and some contractors are ambitious about when they think they can get things done. These guys are very conservative with their estimations and they accounted the fact that there was going to be a few bad days here or there. They gave realistic predictions of when they would be done. I would rather have someone be honest upfront and exceed the deadline than to be very optimistic and not make it. I was pleased with the timing of their work.
