Additional Comments - I was a little shocked that in today's environment, with labor and material shortages, they were able to complete this job so fast. Today, we can't get anyone to come to work, which leaves consumers to have to wait. I was poised to not have to wait! The guy who runs the place, I think named Phil, came over and looked at the job. He stated the guys would be out here at 9 o'clock. They were here and moving at 8 o'clock! They were already in the driveway with all the lumber, tools, and screws. The guys had everything needed and were done by lunch. This was a big job! I was shocked. The expectations of today with everything else lead you to expect a lot of problems with things the tradesmen cannot control caused by someone else, and you have to deal with it. Somehow, they managed to get by with all those problems. I was shocked!

Areas Of Satisfaction - They owner Phil Bennett came over and we were looking at the final product and pretty much he said he ordered a new door for one of the cabinets and that one had a mark on it and i have been living there for 2 weeks and i have never seen the little thing on the cabinet and he said he did and he ordered a new cabinet at a new price and they replaced it and he went above and beyond our expectations.

The finishing times were good and they finished a week and a half before the estimated day. When we signed the contract, they finished 9 or 10 days earlier which was really a great thing.

Sal and Bentley both went above and beyond to try to explain everything so that I could understand it and to keep me in the loop as to where we were and what else had to be done on the repairs that I needed. My project wasn’t easy but every day the team would show up on time and smiling and always took the time to address any concerns that I had. Bentley was there every day to make sure even the smallest details were addressed and taken care. He was fantastic! And I was fortunate to have him work on my home. Sal was always there when I needed him and helped to oversee and put the whole project together. Not an easy job but he handled it with ease. I can’t say enough about Sal, Bentley, Bill, David and Noah. They were all fantastic and I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
