The person that did all the work was excellent. On the last day, two other workers came out and they caused some damage.

They worked fast to get the flooring dried out so I can quickly move on to the next step. Definitely will utilize them again if needed.

Rapid Response was incredibly quick and communicative when I had water pouring into my home due to the ice storm in February. They began work right away. My home issues where rather small and not too impactful on my daily life. I found in using them for the reconstruction that things slowed down pretty significantly. I absolutely am aware of the fact that they were dealing with people that had much more significant home damage from all the snow and ice so I try not to hold this against them, they would communicate regularly. It took until mid-April for them to come back and finish a few touches that were owed, when they started the work in February. Again, I know there were more pressing issues/customers to be dealt with. I just wish I felt a little less like an after thought. The work they did was top-notch though!

Additional Comments - We would have had them do the remodel but they were booked out pretty far.

The company showed up to do our job within two days of being contacted by our insurance representative and worked everyday until the job was finished working through the weekend.

They were very professional, efficient, and stuck to the agreed-upon terms. They were great. We had a mess and they came in and got it completed within 4-5 days. It was amazing.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with how quick they were. From the moment we called, they were here that day and the next day.

The only disappointment I had was that I was not contacted to see if I wanted to salvage any of our cabinetry that came out.
