They did a wonderful job.
Overall, I think they did a tremendous job and they were here in a timely manner and so forth. I think they dropped the ball at the very end on some little things.
Rapid Dry has shown to be unprofessional and unethical. They demand advance payment but when there are problems they do not respond to phone calls. They overcharged for their services in such way they the insurance did not cover all their charges adding to our loss. When delivering back he items they removed from storage, they asked for advance payment before unloading their truck, but when things were missing or got damaged in their hands, they don't replay to our phone calls.
Everyone was on the ball and I was notified of any changes or updates immediately. I really appreciated the late night work on a Friday. Everyone was awesome
It’s has been 50 days and they haven’t submitted a bill yet to my insurance. Their part has been done for about 50 days. The project has been complete over 30 days on my end.
I would recommend the company if someones property, was damaged. Very professional!
I will defiantly recommend them! Everything was fantastic form start tot finish. They even cleaned up all the excess goods! They did a good job and they did not take the equipment away until it passed inspections. They can us me as a reference anytime.

The crew was great. They did most of their work very carefully and efficiently. Other than a few little details they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and courteous.
