Rainbow and every employee have treated me as if I am their Jewish Mom! They have taken care of two disasters in my 2500 sq. Ft. Condo...a flood and then there was a fire in the building and soot got into every single thing. I keep kosher so I have dairy, meat, parve kitchen utensils and dishes as well as all of those for Passover. They worked directly with Rabbi Shlomo Porter in the Baltimore Orthodox community to make sure that my dishes and kitchenware were cleaned properly. They took the greatest care with my artwork and all my furnishings. The condominium is very clean with absolutely no sign or smell of soot. They really do have an amazing team who are kind and work together. I had so many special requests and they just handle everything. What a blessing to have worked with them during this horrible displacement. They know we're stressed out so they just take care of everything! I really hope anyone reading this will know that I am being completely honest and no one put me up to writing this review. I would recommend Rainbow to everyone.

This was an insurance claim. I know that I have a complicated schedule, they came in and packed up my stuff. There were pictures taken on the damages and I feel that there were some things that were salvageable that they deemed were not. I called the insurance company who said they would go through it. I have not heard from them either. This project has just been a big mess. I think that they had such a large workload based on the storm that I would have had better service if I chose someone closer to York Pa. But I was not given the option to do so.
