If you're trying to avoid the cliché contractor characteristics, keep looking.... This company is not at all what they promote. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money because I can promise you, their work is definitely not even worth it either. It took them 5 months to do a very small remodel after a leak and it's still not finished! I finally had to fire them because it was just getting out of control and dragging on entirely too long. I wish I could say my experience was difficult because of the project manager (Brandon) only but when I reached out to the owner Jim Casey, (multiple times), to discuss my frustrations, I never got a response. I thought by hiring a company, rather than an individual contractor, that there would be more accountability and professionalism, but they act exactly like a self employed contractor. The communication with them is a joke. In fact, 3 weeks after I fired them, I got a phone call from someone asking to schedule an install, on a piece of threshold that they could never get right, not even knowing I was no longer using their company. They can't even communicate with each other properly! The amount of times I was told that someone would be coming on this or that day and they never showed up, were endless. And on the flip side, the amount of times my phone would be blowing up at work with calls, because someone had set off the alarms trying to get inside, when I didn't know anyone was coming, were also endless. Communication is the WORST with them.

Brandon, the project manager, seems to only have one source for materials. He definitely doesn't try to look very hard for other options, just the easiest option. It got so bad and took so long, trying to get flooring samples from him that I had to order them myself online with my own money. It had been 3 weeks since submitting the samples request and he still couldn't seem to get them.However, I was able to go online and order them all within an hour and they arrived within 2 days. But again, at MY expense. Ridiculous. He also couldn't get the countertops I needed, due to his error in ordering a week after he said he did and then not having the correct measurements, so I had to just accept plywood. There will be a concrete overlay on top that I will have to personally do though. He has an excuse for everything and just all around has very poor work ethic. I've caught him in a couple of lies and his overall lack of follow through is just unacceptable. Again, just a total pain to deal with considering this was an almost $20,000 job!! Unreal.

Also, they claim that their employees are background checked and what not, but the people they sent to my house to do work, seemed super sketch. That's definitely the last feeling you want when you're a homeowner. I came home one time to the smell of weed, inside the house. The amount of times that they had to redo or fix the same area was ridiculous. Seriously looked like a first time DIY-er did this job, not an actual contracting company.

Again, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We were about to list our house to sell when the leak/remodel happened in Aug. And the fact that we are STILL dealing with this and now we're having to redo some of the stuff they did is beyond infuriating. Their work is barely even mediocre quality and honestly, they just don't care. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews, they're probably fake/paid for. Their work, or lack there of, speaks for itself! Save your money and your sanity!

Did not explain any work before proceeding doing, The Master Bathroom is 30' away from the water damage area, and the flooring was pulled and panel in front of tub. This cost was unnecessary. In speaking with others, All the insulation in the crawl space did not have to be replaced. although was total removed, Not Necessary. There were charges Just "Automatically" put in that I called State Farm about, The person That I did Speak with was not very personable, and a lot of Drama. I will not accept a contractor from State Farm recommendation.
